Each Product displays certain information based on the details of the product.

The source of each product is configured in the Vinoshipper Producer's Admin under Products. Changes made to the information of an individual product will be automatically made once saved and approved.

Let's go over all the potential pieces of information that can display on each product, using this product card as an example.

Product Image

The product image as uploaded to Vinoshipper.

Product Catalog centers and adjusts the height and width to fit inside the card. Transparency is allowed and encouraged, but keep mindful that the size and position of the image includes the transparent pixels.

Product Vintage & Title

If the product has a vintage defined, it will automatically prepend the title. Otherwise only the title will be displayed in this area.

Appellation / Origin

If the product has an appellation set, it will display. Otherwise the element will not be rendered.

Availability Notices

One or more badges will display if the following conditions apply to a product:

• Is available only for Pick Up or Local Delivery.
• Is only for In-State Sales, but shippable in-state.
• Is Excluded from Discounts.
• Is for Club Members Only.

MSRP

If the MSRP field is defined for the product and the product's price is lower, the MSRP will display and wrapped in strikeout <s> tags. Otherwise the MSRP will not display.

Consumer Price / Container Volume

The consumer price will always be displayed in units of USD.

If the product has an individual container volume, that information will be displayed. If the product is a multi-pack or no container volume is defined, the text displayed will be "/ each".

State Restrictions

In the case where the producer is able to sell alcoholic products in a state, but the product's isn't approved for sale by the state, a badge will display explaining what state(s) the product can't be sold in.

If the producer is not able to sell any alcoholic products in a state, the badge for that state will not display.

Example:

Lets assume the producer is able to sell alcoholic products in the state of Michigan.

The product in question has not received label approval in the state of Michigan. The badge will show for Michigan on this product for the time being.

Later, the product is granted approval in the state of Michigan. Once Vinoshipper approves the label registration, the state badge will immediately disappear from the product display.

Metadata

If the product has the following fields defined, they will display on the product. Otherwise each element will not be displayed. In the case of multi-packs, none of the following information is displayed.

• Alcohol Level
• pH
• Titratable Acid
• Bottling Date

Description

The product description. New lines are supported along with basic formatting including bold, underline, and italics. Producers can format their product descriptions using Markdown in the product's edit page on the Vinoshipper Producer platform.
