Creates a Stripe Checkout session in setup mode and returns the hosted URL. The producer sends the URL to the customer (email/SMS/in-app). When the customer completes card entry on Stripe's hosted page, Stripe redirects them to a Vinoshipper landing page that attaches the captured PaymentMethod to the customer's stored card on file.
