Use the Update Order API to correct an order that was rejected for compliance reasons. The order does not need to already exist within Vinoshipper, if it is more convenient to use the same API for the original order submission as well as updates you can use the Update Order API to create orders. The primary difference is that for the Update Order API, you must provide an order number whereas the Create Order API will generate an order number for you if not provided.
