Use the Check Compliance API to check compliance without creating an order. This is most useful if you want to maintain the same order number in the source system as Vinoshipper, but you want to run a compliance check before you have created an order number in your system yet. You can use the Check Compliance API to see if an order is likely to be accepted, and then use the Create Order or Update Order API to submit the order to Vinoshipper.
